Location: the farmis located on Route 81, 11 km away from Las Lomitas, (location of around 15.000 habitants), Formosa. Such route is a road corridor which not only communicates the city of Formosa with Salta, but is also a passage way for the bordering countries of Brazil, Paraguay and Chile.
Surface: the field has a total surface of 700 has, with a front of 2000 m on Route 81 and water line all year long, which is supplied by Yema Lagoon and has a 7 m wide by 2 m deep, and 100 km long concrete structure.
Hydric Resources: two (2) lagoons and a water reservoir, supplied by the channel before mentioned. The lagoons have water all year long and the water reservoir is supplied when the lagoons overflow.

Nursery Area
This space is reserved for conservation and caring of horticulture seedlings and feet of graft for citrus-culture. Nowadays, Citumelo feet are ready for grafts after winter. All irrigated lots are protected by Casuarinas curtains of 8 m high and 6 years of age.
Remaining surface description
The implanted area occupies a surface of 150 hectares, including the streets between lots, burden for unloading bins and crates’ surfaces. 120 hectares dismantled are free, worked for horticulture in desecano.
30 hectares are with 4 year old carob and gatonpanic plantations for animal fattening.
The remaining surface is forest, with a 20 m wide clearing, pasture land of approximately 60 hectares each, also sown gatonpanic and stepped understory for animal fattening.
Equipment and Machinery
It is supplied by a Deuts internal-combustion engine and a 75 PH three-phase electric bomb, making it usable for gasoil as well as electricity, according to the needs and norms of the Electric Company consumption on peak hours. The equipment has all the filtering systems by decanting. Most of the components are from Israel. The general state of the equipment is very good and counts with the installing company service. The irrigation covers the entire implanted surface and was designed to irrigate in batches, according to the species (citrus, vegetables, etc.) found implanted on such lots.

Constructions
Storehouse 1: with concrete floor, external and internal lighting. Next to it, with individual constructions, we find:
Workshop: equipped with soldering iron, compressor, crate builder machine, tires and other minor tools.
Office: with bathroom and air conditioner. All fed by current single-phase and three-phase.
Storehouse 2: Storage of two tractors, sprayers, rototiller, tank cart, etc. equipped with work bench and lighting. Storehouse 3: for agrochemicals storage. This storehouse was built next to the pumping station. Minor Storehouses: they were built to protect from pump irrigation, fertilizer and alternative fuel tank. Staff House: house of 80 square meters to accommodate the foreman, surveillance staff and others. It is 30 meters away from Storehouse 1 and 2. Main House: two-story house with brick in sight, totally equipped, cold/hot water, desk, bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen and electric oven, fridge with freezer, air conditioner, totally furnished on carob, grill, parking zone.
Other Arrangements
To have direct access from the road, a bridge was built over the supplying channel which flows into the gate of entry to the property. The entrance to the establishment has a vaulted shape with drainage on both sides, entirely flanked by 4 year old carobs. The entire front (2000 meters over the road) has a wiring frame with 7 wires and parallel to it, there are two rows of 4 year old carobs. All sides and bottom have a wiring frame with 5 wires. The property has signs indicating lot number, storehouse’s location, pump station, etc.
